Expolinc Roll Up Classic 57
The Roll Up Classic retractable banner stand is the workhorse banner display from Expolinc, the Swedish display manufacturer. It's has a classic shape that's been copied extensively, but remains popular thanks to its discreet, stylish design. The Roll Up Classic has a hinged top that allows access to the removable roller. This design allows for easy banner changes and manual tension adjustment. The wider base design combined with adjustable feet creates a banner stand with excellent stability, making it a great option as a banner stand for trade shows, or for use as a retail display in place like stores, shopping malls, airports and hotels.
Also called roll up banner stands or pull up banner stands, this style of banner display features a spring loaded roller that holds the banner under tension, and rolls it safely into the base for storage between uses. The Roll Up Classic features panel strip mounting to both the top rail and the roller. The panel strip for the top rail is aluminum and attaches to the top edge of the banner with double sided adhesive. It slides into the top rail where special plastic clips are inserted that apply pressure to the panel strip to hold it securely in place. The roller also has a special channel, and a plastic panel strip attaches to the bottom of the banner with adhesive and slides into the roller channel for mounting. The downside to this setup is that panel strips are necessary for new banners, but the advantage is that it makes for extremely easy banner changes.
The Roll Up Classic is a versatile display that comes in five sizes, and each stand has five different support pole options; 4 different fixed height pole choices from 57" to 96.5" tall, and a telescopic pole option that adjusted from 63" to 87" tall. This makes it easy to find a Roll Up Classic stand to fit nearly any display need. Each stand comes with a padded travel bag with an adjustable shoulder strap. This model has an optional color kit that includes colored end caps and front trim that comes in 4 different colors to provide a color accent on the base.
Banner options are shown for each of the four fixed height sizes and the maximum height for the telescopic pole. If you are ordering the telescopic pole and would like to order a banner size not shown, you can order the stand without a banner and order a different size banner separately by browsing through the options in the Banners section under Printing for Indoor Use in the main menu. Contact us if you need assistance ordering the banner you need.

Since the Roll Up Classic 57 is a high end model, there isn't really a model that we consider an upgrade at this size.
The Space Supreme 60 is an excellent choice in a similar, but less expensive model. It displays a 59.1" x 35-84.6" banner. It has a removable roller with both panel strip and snap rail mounting to the roller, a snap style top rail and a deluxe travel bag.
The Expandable Shipping Case is our recommended option when a shipping case is needed. It can hold up to three Roll Up Classic 57 banner stands and when shipping less than three stands, there is room for lights or other accessories. You can find the case by scrolling through the items in the Related Products tab.
The Expolinc 75 watt spotlight is the recommended model for the Roll Up Classic 57. Because this stand has 2 support poles, two lights should be used for even illumination. It can also be found in the Related Products tab.
